It’s slamming doors, breaking windows and utter chaos. Raell Padamsee’s latest venture Noises Off is a fast-paced slapstick comedy farce that follows the on and off-stage antics of a clumsy acting troupe tumbling up and down the staircase with blundering dress rehearsals.
The play is originally based on Michael Frayn’s mind-boggling mayhem Noises Off and is directed by Nadir Khan. Everything that can go wrong does, as actors desperately try to hang on to their lines, their performances and the furniture.
