Today STAR and Live Earth announced an extensive list of legendary musicians and Bollywood actors who will be performing at the upcoming Live Earth India concert on December 7. Joining Grammy-winner Bon Jovi and Live Earth India spokesperson and actor, Amitabh Bachchan is a list of global superstars including Roger Waters, Will.I.Am, Anoushka Shankar, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Preity Zinta, Bipasha Basu, Shiamak Davar, Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Hard Kaur, Jalebee Cartel, Vishal & Shekhar, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam and Shaan.
Produced globally by Control Room and in partnership with local promoter and producers, Wizcraft International Entertainment, the concert will feature never-before-seen collaborations of western and Indian artists, a variety of musical genres from India hip-hop to American rock. Appearances and messages from former U.S Vice President Al Gore, IPCC Chairman and Director General TERI India Dr. Rajendra K Pachauri, environmental advocates and celebrities are expected as well. Live Earth India will highlight personal and policy solutions to the climate crisis, offer support for India’s important environmental issues and causes, and provide a platform for India to solidify its leadership role on climate issues.

Longines launched its ‘Admiral’ collection which features 24h ‘Second Time Zone’ and ‘Chronograph’ models. The collection was launched by Longines Ambassadress of Elegance, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at a function in Mumbai.
Talking about the new collection, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan said, “This line introduces the subtle ambivalence of an outline that is both sober and robust, and perfectly illustrates Longines’ innate ability to match elegance and performance.”
Priced at Rs110500 onwards, the different models are available with stainless steel bracelet or genuine alligator strap, fitted with triple security folding clasp.
Abhishek’s lady love Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who hurried her way to Drona’s premiere dazzled in a mid night blue dress, sporting her ever so contagious smile and clinging on to hubby and the star of the flick, Abhishek Bachchan. Big B, Amitabh Bachchan with wife Jaya Bachchan looked great as always.
Close family friends Amar Singh, Ashutosh Gowarikar with wife were seen too at the premiere.
Apart from the entire Bachchan family, the Drona premiere, which was one of the biggest of its kind, was attended by industrialist Anil Ambani, and Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh besides various cine stalwarts.

So, it was not only Abhishek’s lady love Aishwarya who hurried her way to ‘Drona’s premiere, Bollywood’s ‘Baadshah’ Shah Rukh Khan along with wife Gauri Khan and kids also graced the red carpet at the sparkling venue.
The charming Shah Rukh wished for the movie’s success and hoped it to be as exciting as it promised to be.
Shah Rukh spoke of his association with the Bachchans, “Abhishek and I are good friends, I am certainly looking forward for ‘Drona’, that’s what brings me here.”
In a quick quizzical about Salman, Shah Rukh snapped saying that there was nothing in particular he wanted to talk about and adhered to answering questions about the Bachchans and ‘Drona’.
The celebrity designer Anna Singh recently launched her new store amidst a huge turnout from Bollywood to wish her. The launch of her store was a resounding success with orders pouring in.
To top the guest list was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who looked extremely tired after returning back to the country post an overwhelming response of the Unfogettable Tour with the family.
Hotties Kim Sharma, Preeti Jhangiani, Raageshwari, Karan Johar, Sangeeta Bijlani with hubby Azharuddin, Poonam Dhillon, Achala Sachdeva, Queenie Dhody, Aashish Chaudhary, Sonu Sood and others were present flaunting their fashion extravaganza.
The O2 Arena came alive with the roars and cheers of thousands of fans that had come together to watch the Unforgettable Stars descend from the celluloid screen to magic…to experience a once-in-a-lifetime phenomena. The Unforgettable Tour has surely set benchmarks, created new standards and left the worldwide audiences craving for more.
Shilpa Shetty joined the UK leg of the tour and mesmerized one and all by her dazzling moves. She grooved to some of the most current chartbusters including Race, Beedi, Its Rocking and Mauja Hi Mauja and London couldn’t get enough of her favourite star.
The extravaganza captured the true essence of the Indian Cinema and portrayed it to perfection. Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Preity Zinta, Riteish Deshmukh, Vishal, Shekhar and London celebrity guest star Shilpa Shetty put up stellar performances and after each act the stadium echoed with the word ‘encore’.
Within 24 hours of rocking the show at LA, the stars were already on the job in front of San Francisco crowds. With back to back shows over the weekend, fatigue was bound to set in but the moment lights went on and thousands of fans screamed in unison.

A crowd of 12,000 screaming fans express their love for The Unforgettable stars at L.A Sports Arena
After two extravagant shows in Toronto and Trinidad, the Unforgettable Tour put up a astounding show in Los Angeles. A jam-packed audience extended a warm-hearted welcome to the Unforgettable Stars and the stars made this sure that this would be a once-in-a-life time opportunity and an unforgettable experience for all present at the venue.
Madhuri Dixit performance was truly mind-blowing and the highlight of the evening. The graceful moves and her performance on her popular numbers right from Ek Do Teen to Aaja Nachle re-affirmed her dancing prowess. Crowds cheered wildly when Madhuri Dixit took the stage with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. They performed “Dola Re,” the song from the movie “Devdas,” dancing side by side in some of the most graceful traditional Indian-style moves.
“Our dance form is an amalgamation of everything. That’s what has existed in our cinema the whole time. The audience is a lot more international — the music is so universally embraced”, said Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Abhishek Bachchan made a surprise entrance through the crowd, sporting sunglasses and a bejewelled jacket as he manoeuvred through the screaming fans. He also performed romantic numbers with his wife onstage as teen girls in the audience howled with glee.
“The first thing that hits you is just the euphoria,” said Abhishek Bachchan, of his first world tour. “It’s an outpouring of love from the audience — it really explodes when actors come on stage.”
The live show featuring stars of Bollywood cinema, presented Saturday night for 12,000 screaming fans at the L.A. Sports Arena was a 3 1/2 -hour kaleidoscopic festival. Miles and miles of fan queues were seen outside the LA Sports Arena who eagerly waited to be a part of the ‘Unforgettable’ experience. Stunning, power-packed performance by the stars left the audiences mesmerized, longing for more.
The grandeur of the Unforgettable Tour will now travel to San Francisco, Houston, Atlantic City, Chicago, New York, London, Rotterdam and now Germany – Oberhausen.

The Unforgettable Tour, Indian Cinema’s biggest night out ever, unveils in the splendid city of Toronto on 18th July 2008 at the Roger Centre. The tour brings together the greatest icons of Indian Cinema - Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Bachchan, Preity Zinta, Ritiesh Deshmukh and the happening music director duo Vishal and Shekhar. To add to the Toronto spectacle, heartthrob Akshay Kumar will rock the stage and woo the audience with his ‘unforgettable’ act.
