RED HOT: Salman Khan arranged for a 25th birthday bash for his ladylove and invited all the big stars in the industry which included Aamir Khan, ShahRukh Khan with Gori, Zayed Khan, Dino Morea, Sonam Kapoor, Karishma Kapoor, Deepika Padukone with Ranbir Kapoor, Neha Dhupia and Karan Johar.
Lovebirds Ranbir and Deepika walked in together. Ranbir’s dad Rishi Kapoor was also spotted among the guests. Salman’s sister Aprita was also present.
But one of the noted absentees was Akshay Kumar who did not make it to the party even though Salman had sent him a hand written invitation. It is well known in the industry that Sallu is not too fond of Akki for his closeness to Katrina.

Monday, July 7th, 08 turned out to be very special for the people of Nagpur as throngs gathered to get a glimpse of the upcoming sensation Imraan Khan and charming Genelia along with the man of the moment Aamir Khan and Director Abbas Tyrewala at Cinemax, Eternity Mall, Nagpur.
This was the star cast’s first appearance together in Nagpur and it was for the promotion of the movie “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na”.
Aamir Khan, Imran Khan , Genelia D’Souza and other team members of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na were at Inox, Mumbai.
After the fun-filled celebrity episode with Yuvi and Bhajji, come the next celebrity guests… the elusive Aamir Khan, who makes an exception to be on Salman Khan’s show with nephew Imran Khan - the new Khan kid on the block. Aamir the well-read, well-spoken and “intelligent” Khan will be seen fielding all the questions like only Aamir can - thinking, evaluating, analyzing before responding to the question before him.
This is a great episode with loads of humor, quick wit and underlying barbs! Salman and Aamir like never before on 10 Ka Dum on Friday, July 4 at 9.00 p.m. only on Sony Entertainment Television.
Well, we all have known Aamir as the perfectionist whether it’s acting, producing or directing films! Recently when he shot for 10 Ka Dum with his bhanja Imran, he requested Salman Khan for a mock rehearsal before playing the final game - 10 Ka Dum.
Busy with the promotions of Imran’s debut film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, the duo (Aamir – Imran) turned up late on the sets and came in straight for a rehearsal. Like a true host Salman explained the format of the game and how it’s played! In the knock out round (2 contestants play against each other for 5 questions, the contestant that gives the maximum right answer plays the game for 10 crores) Aamir and Imran were pitted against each other, as expected Aamir would think through his answer well before finally pulling the trigger (a knob next to their screens). However, the young lad – Imran won against mamu Aamir and excitedly played the game. Watch out for the real game between the men!
During the rehearsals Salman asked Imran “Aap Aamir ko kya bulate ho?” Imran said “Aamir mamu” Salman asked “Toh aap mujhe kya bulaoge?” Imran said “Chachu”…
Salman immediately asked “Toh aap shaadi ke maamlein mein aap apne mamujaan par jayenge ya phir aapke chacha pe (pointing to himself)” all of them broke into a laugh riot and the game continued!
Watching them interact, it was obvious that Aamir and Salman got along well like “house on fire” and this will sure put to rest all rumours on the Khans being at logger heads!
Aamir Khan made the music launch of his nephew Imraan Khan’s debut film Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na special when he took the album to his idol Shammi Kapoor’s residence and unveiled it with his blessings. The cast of the movie including Imraan and Genelia were present along with music director A R Rahman and T-series head Bhushan Kumar.
