Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar next film “ROCK ON” released its first poster across 3000 cinemas worldwide this week. The film is set for release on 29th August but the first leg of marketing has started four months in advance to get the audiences excited about the film. It is also the launch film of Farhan so every effort is being put into the marketing of this film.
The film revolves around 4 young boys who put together the greatest band this country had ever seen but never make it. Ten years hence fate conspires to bring them together again and set them on a journey back to where they left off. A soul searching pilgrimage into their past.
It was the first look unveiling of a differential film by Nagesh Kukunoor. One replete with his special touch, but one that had in it, a new positive additon — music. With Bhushan Kumar of T Series and Shailendra Singh of Percept Picture Company joining hands, the joint venture flick, Aashayein unvelied its first look. With John Abraham looking dashing in the screen, the event saw his parents, director Nagesh Kukunoor, Divya Khosla Kumar, Tulsi Kumar, Shailendra Singh, Ajay Kapoor, actors Farida Jalal, Anahita Nair, Sonal Sehgal and a host of stars descending on Vie Lounge.

Written and directed by one of India’s most acclaimed directors Ketan Mehta, Rang Rasiya is based on a classic Indian novel ‘Raja Ravi Varma’ written by the highly acclaimed, award winning and popular Marathi novelist and playwright ‘Ranjit Desai’.
